About this Virtual Run: March for Hope is our annual spring event that supports your physical, emotional and social well-being through education and activities that highlight fun and rewarding ways to #TakeCareofYou – mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to get everyone “Moving together for a brighter tomorrow” by running, walking, swimming or biking in this virtual 1 mile/5k/10k/Half Marathon and finding ways to “Always Keep Fighting for better days ahead because #YouMatter!”
Ask your friends and family to join you as this virtual event is also part of our Stepping Up to Help Others annual spring fundraiser. You choose the distance, the location, the time and the pace that works for you and we reward you with an awesome Always Keep Fighting medal to celebrate your accomplishment.
For those of you who are fans of the TV show Supernatural, or want to train along with Jared and Genevieve Padalecki for the Boston Marathon, remember we are all part of the SPN Family and together, we are survivors, and we will Always Keep Fighting!
About the Charity: SPN Survivors is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health education, awareness and suicide prevention and we want to help YOU build a foundation of good mental health. As you know, we all have struggles and challenges in life but too often, there is a disconnect between our emotional, psychological and social well-being and our overall health and ability to cope with these difficult challenges. As a result, the need for mental health support services, including education, continues to grow and SPN Survivors is working hard to expand our reach and bring hope to those who struggle.
With the generous support of people like you, we will be able to start more conversations about good mental health, provide the necessary resources to practice healthy coping skills and share available community mental health and suicide prevention resources with those in need.
